Flourless Bread Rolls – Ideal For Everyone Who Loves Bread And Wants To Lose Weight!

While white bread is a daily breakfast meal for most homes, if you are looking to lose some weight then you might want to reconsider your daily intake.



White bread is very high in carbohydrates and this is the main reason why you should avoid it if you want to shed some pounds.

Yes! You heard right, flourless bread.

What You Need To Make The Flourless Bread

Condiments:

-Cream cheese -- 100 grams
-Eggs -- 3
-Baking paper
-Baking powder -- 1/2 teaspoon
-Salt -- a pinch

Instructions:

-Get two bowls, break your eggs and put the egg white in one bowl and the yoke in the other.
-Then you should add some salt to the egg white and briskly beat it.
-In the other bowl with the yoke add the baking powder and cream cheese and also briskly beat the yoke.
-You need to then mix the contents of the two bowls, slowly mixing them and maintaining the volume.
-Next you spread out the baking paper in a clean pan and then place the bread rolls on top of it.
-Ensure you leave some room between each roll.
-Next, you need to preheat your oven to about 150 degrees and bake the bread in for about 25 minutes.

Keynotes:

-The shape of your rolls should not bother you can place them in a hermetically tight container.
-Leave them closed all through the night and in the morning the shape of your bread rolls will be perfect!
-Use this bread for your sandwich since it is soft.
-As a healthy, tasty breakfast try making a sandwich filled with mozzarella, fresh veggies and chicken breasts.
-You could also eat the rolls as dessert with a nice spread on it.
