Ingredients:

-3 liters of filtered water
-5 or 6 sprigs of parsley
-5 lemons, preferably organic
-1 tablespoon of baking soda

Directions:

Thoroughly chop lemons and parsley. Stir together with water in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and let simmer for 2 hours. Remove from heat, let cool for at least 1 hour. Add baking soda and stir thoroughly. Then, let mixture slowly simmer again for another 3 hours.

In the end, you should be left with about 1.5 liters of this mixture. Don’t worry if it’s a little more watery; it will still be effective. Drink about 1/2 cup of it each morning, and discard it after 20 days. The vitamins and minerals in this beverage are ones specifically designed to help your body regulate the blood.
