Apple Cider Vinegar Cured Me Of Excruciating Arthritis In Two Weeks

Arthritis can cause chronic inflammation, pain, and stiffness in the fingers, hands, knees, elbows, hips, jaw, and any other joint in the body.

The symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis often develop gradually over several weeks, but some cases can progress quickly over a number of days.

The joint pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis is usually a throbbing and aching pain. It is often worse in the mornings and after a period of inactivity.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR CURED ME OF EXCRUCIATING ARTHRITIS IN TWO WEEKS

Linda Faulkner was diagnosed with the incurable joint condition in 2006. She tried an array of treatments with little success, from painkillers to steroids – which helped in the short term.

Despite her best efforts, the pain, which began in her wrists, had migrated to her back and neck and was increasing. – reports Daily Mail.

So when Linda read recently of church organist Sarah Gall, who had cured her crippling arthritis pain by drinking a mixture of cider vinegar and honey, she was willing to give it a go.

Every morning and evening Linda drinks a mix of a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of vinegar with a dash of hot water.

Remarkably, for the past two weeks – for the first time since she developed the disease – she has been almost pain-free.

“I haven’t needed painkillers for the past few weeks. At first, I was almost frightened to admit it was working, but it really is. I still can’t believe it.” Linda says.

How Does Apple Cider Vinegar Relieve Arthritis Pain?

Mineral deficiencies can exacerbate joint pain. Apple Cider Vinegar contains the calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus your body needs to dull that pain.

It also contains antioxidants, beta-carotene, and acetic acid. Anti-oxidants block the damaging effects of free radicals, preventing the cell and tissue damage characteristic of degenerative conditions like arthritis.

When consumed, apple cider vinegar reduces the pain and stiffness of arthritis by dissolving the acid crystals that build up in the joints.
